Our Roughley Insurance offices are open for in-person appointments as of 10am on Tuesday, September 15.
The leadership team at Roughley Insurance Brokers Ltd. continues to evolve our business practices. Our priority remains, however, the safety of you and our team. Things look a little different around the office, but the Roughley team’s commitment to assessing, advising and advocating on behalf of our clients and community remains unwavering.
Any client coming into our office for any reason will need an appointment.
We are accepting e-transfers and credit card payments over the phone and cheques can be dropped-off in a drop-box in the entryway of our Oshawa office. We can be reached throughout our regular business hours and can assist you with your insurance needs over the phone or by email.
When you schedule your appointment with one of our team members, here is what you can expect:
- Appointments will only be available Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm.
- Pre-screening questions need to be answered prior to the day of your appointment.
- A pre-screening questionnaire will also need to be signed the day of your appointment.
- You will be required to wear your face mask at all times while in the office.
- Staff will be wearing personal protective equipment, and office set-up will be arranged to preserve social distancing.
On the day of your appointment, please note that:
- You will be admitted by a team member into the office only at the exact time of your appointment. Please call the office when you arrive for your appointment and a Roughley team member will escort you into our office.
- You are expected to have your face mask in-place prior to being admitted into the office.
- Cash payments will not be accepted.
- Bathrooms are unavailable to clients.
- Please only have a maximum of 2 people come for an appointment. If possible, children should not attend in-person meetings.
We are committed to providing our community with the best possible service, with full availability by phone and by email. Our team will continue to move forward with an abundance of caution as we emphasize the safety of you and our staff.
