As an owner/operator Jim is extremely involved in all facets of the business. Not only does Jim spend the better part of each day serving the needs of his clients, but he also keeps his finger on the pulse of the comings and goings in the office and makes himself available to staff at any time. Under Jim’s leadership, the Roughley team has grown in size but the company has never wavered in its focus on providing a level of customer service and care that is unsurpassed in the community.
A life-long resident of the Durham Region, Jim has always had a strong affinity for supporting organizations that support his community. Jim was integral in the establishment and growth of the Oshawa Humane Society, sitting on the Board of Directors and the Executive at the Ontario level. Jim is also a sponsor of the Oshawa Symphony.
