This is Harold G. Roughley. Harold founded H.G. Roughley Limited on September 18, 1945, and from the very beginning the brokerage has established itself as a valuable and valued member of the Durham Region community.
Harold founded his brokerage on the following principles:

- Clients need someone to speak for them during the claims process.
- A client referral is the highest standard of achievement.

Meet Jim. James (Jim) H. Roughley is the son of Harold, and has quite literally grown up in this business. As the principal owner and managing partner of the brokerage today, Jim is committed to carrying on his father’s tradition of building a successful business based on exceptional service and innovative insurance products.
